Leni at the Dentist...
I had a dentist appointment and decided to bring Elena in for an introduction to good oral hygiene. She even wanted to bring her alligator for his first check up. All went well! Actually, the funniest part of the visit was when the hygienist asked her if she brushed her teeth everyday and she replied that she had a baby in her tummy and it talked. LOL!

Welcome Ellie!
Jason's sister Laura had her new baby girl, Elliana Marie, on April 6 - all is healthy, all are happy - She is beautiful!
Leni was so excited to see/hold the new baby. She was so cute... as soon as she got the baby in her arms she started softly whispering " sh sh sh sh sh sh." There is no doubt she is going to be the best big sister...

Elena's First Tigers Game
It was a beautiful day to head to the ballpark....70 and sunny. Today was Kids Day/Opening weekend down at "Tiger Stadium" We had a ton of fun! Elena got herself a new tigers sweatshirt and had her first ballpark frank hotdog...she went high in the sky on the baseball Ferris wheel, she road a Tiger on the carousal, we got Disney tattoos and ate ice cream out of a tigers helmet. Elena even experience her first Tigers Home Run - it landed in our section which was cool, but a bit too much for Elena to handle - The roar/excitement of the crowd brought her to tears but she quickly recovered - THERE IS NO CRYING IN BASEBALL!

M-I-C...K-E-Y.....M-O-U-S-E!
Elena and Mama went to see Mickey at Azteca Mexican Restaurante this past week. It was a blast. I wasn't sure how she would be since it was her first time seeing a character in costume. She was very excited at home, even colored a picture for him but once we got there she was so starstruck she couldn't even speak! by the end of our meal she was much more comfortable and even gave him a high five and a hug before we left!
In this picture, Elena was about to put her arm around mickey, but decided to just touch him instead. It was Mexi-magical!
Teddy Bear Tea Party
Sue took us to Teddy Bear Tea Party where Elena made hats, decorated cookies, got her arm painted, participated in a parade and did some singing and dancing....
Elena, already starting to be a rebel, brought her bunny to the bear party.... this is the hat she made for her "knuffle bunny / sally"
Decorating Cookies.... "I know I can put more sugar on here..."
